Privacy
How your details are used when you use the Cold Call X-Ray and join our emails. Plain English, short.
Who we are
Luke Ross Limited, a company in Ireland, is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Questions or requests: hello@lukeross.me.
What we collect
- Your first name, last name and email address.
- Your company's website.
- Your answers in the X-Ray: your role, your weekly call numbers and the questions you tap.
- The country your internet connection is in, worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself is kept for up to two days, only to stop abuse, and never stored with your X-Ray.
Why we use it
- To build your X-Ray and send it to you.
- To send you cold calling tips by email afterwards. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Who helps us
These companies process data for us, only to run this service:
- Kit: sends our emails.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes your fix.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Upstash: stores your X-Ray.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks you're a person, not a bot.
How long we keep it
While you're on our email list, and for up to 24 months after you last opened an email or used one of our tools. Your X-Ray page is kept so its link keeps working, until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@lukeross.me and we'll do it within one month. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
